Four Days and Counting

Welcome to our blog.   We hope and pray this site will connect all of you at home to what God will be doing with us on this missions trip.  Please remember that you can post a comment or share something with us on this site.  In fact, we encourage it.  It will be our way to have some contact from home.  We will be gone from June 23-July 3.  Please be in prayer for safe travel, good health, and for God to move mightily .   Check back regularly as we will post as much as time permits.  -Jill

    This a.m. at 8:28 I received a text from Chrissy that they had just landed in Houston. Last night when we dropped her off at the church Will showed her a picture of a huge tarantula on the outside screen of the orphanage that they are going to be visiting. Chrissy was not impressed but Jonathon Shaffer and Evan Zeller said that she could call on them to rescue her if she needed rescuing from a tarantula.

    They have all landed safely in Nicaragua. I hear it is 90 degrees and very humid! They were on a bus headed to the campground.
